The helper chose to resign when she could not take on the new challenging caregiving duties. We read many good reviews about HIH in the “Guide to Maid Agencies in Singapore 2025” by Sassy Mama. We checked the HIH website and we were very impressed with the many more good reviews, especially so in the area of elderly care.HIH was the first and only agency we went to.From the first meeting, Care Consultants Pei and Thiri heard and understood our worries and patiently addressed many of our concerns. They advised us on the kind of helpers that would be suitable for mum and her personality and needs.Subsequent communications were prompt, thorough and reassuring.Knowing our urgency, Pei and Thiri were able to find a suitable helper in a short timeframe. In just a few days, the helper was deployed directly to my mum’s house even on a Sunday. The new helper is amazing. She surpasses all our expectations. With her relevant background and experience in eldercare and her kind and pleasant personality, they complement my mum greatly. This excellent recommendation is only possible through Pei and Thiri's patience, good listening ears, thorough and skillful screening.Thank you so much Pei and Thiri!Cheyenne T.Cheyenne T. ★★★★★ Detailed and good service from Daphne. Great job 👍COCO ★★★★★ Would really highly commend HIH. To be honest, they weren’t my first choice. But to my surprise, it was my best choice. Daphne has been really helpful guiding me thru the process as it was very new to me. She also understood my urgency (my dad required an urgent helper at home & my both parents are not equipped to manage helper themselves) and kept me updated along every step. I felt very assured with her service. In fact she was the only agency that understood my situation and provided the helper promptly to me. I would definitely recommend this agency and Daphne to my friends and family. Thank you, Daphne!!Bernard L.Bernard L. ★★★★★ Awesome service. They're patient and helped me understand the procedure in getting my first helper.joey L.joey L. ★★★★★ 5-Star Review for Help Is Here (HIH) – Agents Danyl & PeiWhen I was looking to replace my previous helper, I reached out to multiple agencies to compare rates and share my requirements. Frankly speaking, Help Is Here (HIH) wasn’t my top choice at first due to their fees being on the higher side compared to other agencies. However, what ultimately made me choose them was the excellent service provided by their agent, Danyl. From the very beginning, Danyl’s professionalism, helpfulness, and overall positive vibe stood out. He took the time to understand my needs and provided thoughtful recommendations. What really impressed me was HIH’s process — they pre-screen and interview the helpers first, and only send profiles that are truly suitable to the employer’s criteria. This level of curation saved me a lot of time and ensured a better match.During the interview, Danyl went the extra mile by helping to prompt questions to the helper on our behalf, ensuring important areas were covered. Midway through the process, Pei took over from Danyl. Initially, I was a little disappointed because one of the reasons I chose HIH was because of Danyl’s top-notch service — but Pei quickly won me over. He proved to be just as helpful and knowledgeable, even going beyond by assisting me with a situation involving my previous helper (who wasn’t even from their agency!) when she wanted to go to Malaysia. That kind of support is rare, and I’m really grateful for it.Now, two weeks in with my new helper, I couldn’t be happier. She speaks and understands English better than most I’ve encountered, is hardworking, and even takes the initiative to revise her English during her free time. Fingers crossed everything continues to go well!Lastly, one more big plus — HIH offers doorstep service. There was no need for me to travel to the agency or send my helper for her work permit. Everything was handled smoothly and conveniently.Highly recommend HIH, especially if you’re looking for a more personalized, professional, and caring agency experience. Thank you, Danyl and Pei!Arthur C.Arthur C. ★★★★★ Danyl is reliable. He assists from the administration, selection to the delivery of the helper. A true professional!Ricky L.Ricky L. ★★★★★ Danyl is an excellent consultant for FDW. Service was top notch and prompt. Had an urgent request for helper for my grandfather and told danyl that i would need the helper to arrive in the shortest possible time. Despite my very demanding requests, Danyl was very prompt in arranging interviews even at odd hours. Danyl even rejected some candidates which i thought was alright as he was afraid that they would not be able to fulfil my needs in the future and he looked for more candidates immediately until we found the right one. Really thankful for danyl's help.Yip S.Yip S. ★★★★★ Daphne had provided her guidance well to choose an appropriate helper for our family. She also asked question on our behalf to the helper which surprised us that we won’t have think of it. The process of completion is smooth and easy. Thanks againjs_loader
